He is devoted to helping people of all ages, to assist them in becoming fit and learning the value of staying active throughout their life.

Peter’s core philosophy is grounded by the idea of Functional Fitness Training, exercising your toenails to fingernails, the movement of multiple body parts; through multiple planes to help people achieve their ultimate fitness goals. This integrated approach to training allows clients to move and feel better through enhanced form and function.

Peter is passionate about exercise and the importance of practicing a healthy lifestyle 24/7. Staying fit and healthy is more than going to the gym 2-3 times a week. “We need to move daily, enjoy life, enjoy everything in moderation and do this every day of the year.”Peter lives in Naremburn with his wife Jacqui and their 2 children; Zach and Alex.

Saga Wessman
Body Language Personal Trainer


After packing her bags from her home in Finland and moving to Australia, Saga completed a BA in International Tourism before realising educating others in the field of Health and Fitness was her true calling. 

“My approach to fitness is really simple. I want to get people into a deliberate habit of moving and walking out of every session having learnt something new.” 

After completing her Diploma of Fitness to become a qualified Exercise Therapist, Saga's passion for educating people on healthy eating and how to achieve their ultimate fitness goals led to do additional studies in Exercise Science.In 2015, Saga embarked on a hiking adventure to the Everest base camp - a real testament to her strength and determination.
