Peter Fernley is an exercise scientist with over 30 years experience. He has spent a lifetime developing age appropriate exercise programs for his age group!

Athletic development for adolescent athletes is more than just adapting an adult training program; it requires an awareness of your physical and maturational development along with the knowledge of the training adjustments required to achieve your athletic potential.
LFH – lean, fit and healthy – training and nutrition designed for teenage girls. We are often concerned at the methods that many young women take to lose weight, or live up to an unrealistic body image. Our programs teach sensible nutrition and provide fun, age appropriate group training sessions to help you safely and sensibly reach your individual fitness goals.
