Issue 1: Impregnable Shoulders

The shoulder is a highly complex joint. It has a shallow ball and socket joint and loose supporting structures which are designed to allow for a high range of motion.

Bad habitual posture while sitting and standing, especially slouching at a computer all day can compromise the shoulder. The poor posture overstresses the muscles, causes a loss of mobility and heightens your risk of injury.
