Kick start to a healthy lifestyle program

Four weeks of focus on sustainable adjustments to your lifestyle which will deliver a leaner, fitter and healthier version of you. The program is designed to be attainable for all, realistic in its approach and can be tailored to your individual needs.

The framework for the challenge allows us to tailor the program to your individual goals and follows our mantra:

What you will do:

  • Exercise six days a week (2 x PT, 1-2 classes, 2-3 walk/other)
  • Follow a nutrition plan developed by Louise Fisher our affiliated Dietician
  • Learn about the importance of sleep and hydration
  • Journal your progress
  • Get involved with the Body Language PT online community
