Our programs focus on improving your athleticism, whether you are already a gifted athlete or simply starting out.
Athletic development for adolescents is more than just adapting an adult training program; it requires an awareness of their physical and maturational development along with the knowledge of the training adjustments required to achieve your athletic potential. A qualified exercise scientist will write your programs, monitor your workout and progress.
Cost is $25 per week for unlimited access to the gym from 3.30pm to 5.30pm week days plus 9-12pm Saturday mornings.
No lock in contracts.
