Peter has a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry with over 30 years devoted to helping people of all ages get fit and value the importance of staying active throughout their life. His core philosophy is grounded in functional fitness training, exercise from toenails to fingernails, involving movement of multiple body parts through multiple planes. This integrated approach to training allows his clients to move better, with enhanced form and function. Peter is passionate about exercise and the importance of practicing a healthy lifestyle 24/7. Staying fit and healthy is more than just going to the gym 2 or 3 days per week; we need to move daily, enjoy life, everything in moderation and do so every day of the year.
Peter lives in Naremburn with his wife Jacqui and their two children Zach and Alex.

Lauren is a qualified personal trainer and an advanced level running coach. As an elite athlete, Lauren believes in training smarter, not harder. Her focus is on keeping our bodies moving and working in the best way possible, for as long as possible. Having experienced injury and illness from over-training herself, Lauren has developed both as an athlete and as a trainer and gets a great deal of joy from sharing her knowledge and passion with her clients.
Lauren left her career in social work three years ago to focus on her running and to work in a field she is truly passionate about.

After packing her bags and moving to Australia from her home in Finland, Saga completed a BA in International Tourism before realising that educating others in health and fitness was her true calling.
“My approach to fitness is really simple: I want to get people into a deliberate habit of moving, and walking out of every session having learnt something new.” After completing her Diploma of Fitness to become a qualified exercise therapist, Saga's passion for educating people about healthy eating and fitness goals led to do additional studies in exercise science.
In 2015, Saga embarked on a hiking adventure to the Everest base camp - a real testament to her strength and determination!

Camila has over six years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in women’s weight loss, endurance training and preparation for long distance races. Using a functional training approach, Camila engages her clients's bodies in a way that will help them move better on a daily basis.
