September Challenges

This month we have a challenge for each week of the month for you to devour.  They are all 20 minute AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible) and promise to give your metabolism a boot up the bum now that Winter is over.I’ve posted them all here in case there’s any that injury doesn’t allow you to do them all, so you can double up if you need to. Try to get 1 per week done and get that body burning!

No need to thank me for the witty titles. Really, it’s the least I can do. :-)

Instructions: After a 10 minute warm up, do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of one challenge. Stretch after finishing!
