Roll Away the Rolls!

Want a great way to spice up your home workouts?   Here’s one of the players out there who like a bit of a flutter, except with this gamble, when you lose, you still win!

Using 3 dice, roll the dice and do each double set for however many reps come up from your throw. Roll dice after each double set, and do all 3 double sets consecutively. i.e A1 & A2 x 3.

The sets are set up as Cross Training style, so the first set should be at a controlled pace, and the second one as fast as possible.

The anticipation of the fact that you may get 18 rep on any given throw will ensure this session keeps you focused throughout.  Take the good with bad. Don’t be upset if you roll three 1′s, the dice will inevitably get you back on one of the following sets.  At least with the low numbers, you’re going to be back on the next set pretty quickly.

Want to up the ante? Use 4 dice for a great endurance session. Got limited time? Use 2 and punch your sets out fast.
